As Founders, we are responsible for leveraging the right tools in our business in order to accelerate the right results. That is why I have compiled the top 5 AI tools I use in my business to plan, organize, compile, schedule, and monetize off of my content strategy.
1.) ChatGPT - This is the most common AI tool I use each day. ChatGPT has helped me to create my business plan, marketing strategies, custom study guides and curricula, and has even helped me create content.
2.) Opus Clips - As a content creator for myself and others, I often have content shoots with long-form content. This is harder and longer to sift through, produce, and ultimately post. As a result, I have started to use OpusClips which allows me to take 1 long-form video, make a few selections about the type of content I want back, and in minutes, I get 10-30 short-form clips with bright, engaging on-screen captions that I can post immediately. The entry level tier is $15 / month.
3.) Canva AI - Canva started as a lite graphic design tool and has truly evolved. It now has numerous AI tools that allow user to generate images, text, videos, remove backgrounds, extend backgrounds, and so much more, including web-based apps. For less than $20 / month, Canva is impressive and a robust tool with easy AI features.
4.) Base 44 - As a Founder that desires to own the experiences I create for my customers, Base44 permits me the creative freedom and flexibility to quickly and easily develop custom website and web apps for any need, project, or vision I have in mind.
5.) Automate Your Hustle - This is my CRM, which is a custom version of Go High Level. It allows me to create automations, funnels, websites, emails, and so much more. As of 2025, AI tools and resources have been embedded, making it much easier to monetize an idea.
